Las Vegas police swarmed a Starbucks near the courthouse where the Tupac Shakur murder trial is taking place after receiving reports of gunfire Tuesday afternoon.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the downtown coffee shop following calls about a possible shooting, according to media reports.
When officers arrived, they quickly determined there were no victims.
The reported shooting occurred just blocks from the Clark County District Court Regional Justice Center, where Duane "Keefe D" Davis is being tried for the 1996 murder of Tupac.
Davis has maintained his innocence, but prosecutors allege he planned the fatal shooting after Tupac beat up Davis' relative that night.
Prosecutors say Davis provided the gun to a shooter, who then fired the bullets that killed Tupac.
The trial continues today.
