Milo Yiannopoulos, who once served as Kanye West's chief of staff, has alleged that his estranged husband threatened to have him deported by calling immigration authorities.

The claim appears in court documents filed in October 2025, obtained by TMZ.

Yiannopoulos says his ex, John Campbell, explicitly threatened him with deportation, calling him an 'illegal immigrant' and saying he would call the 'ICE hotline' on him.

According to the filing, Campbell was aware that Yiannopoulos' green card status depended on their continued marriage.

Yiannopoulos also claims Campbell refused to attend immigration-related appointments until his financial demands were met, delaying the application process.

He alleges years of 'extortion' from Campbell, saying he bought sports cars and gave 'huge cash gifts' to save the marriage, all while threats loomed.

Additionally, Yiannopoulos accuses Campbell of endangering his citizenship by forging messages that admit to green card fraud.

TMZ previously reported that Yiannopoulos was detained by ICE at a New Orleans airport and quickly sent back to the UK.
