YouTuber Chris Sails was arrested after allegedly making a false report to law enforcement about his children being in danger.
The incident occurred on August 16 when the Waller County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a suspicious person running and jumping onto residents' cars.

Upon arrival, an officer found Sails sitting in the roadway next to a light pole, appearing to be praying.
Moments later, he began rolling around in the street.

During questioning, Sails allegedly claimed his kids had fallen into a body of water behind his home.
Police launched a search and rescue operation involving fire department vehicles, boats, sonar equipment, and aerial drones.

The search was called off after officers discovered the children were safe with family members.
Sails was arrested on August 17 on a misdemeanor charge of knowingly making a false statement to law enforcement.
