Teofimo Lopez has made it clear: a rematch with Rolly Romero is not happening.
The newly crowned WBA welterweight champion spoke to TMZ Sports on Monday, less than 48 hours after his 12-round victory over Romero.

Romero accused the judges of a bad decision and demanded a rematch, but Lopez is moving on.
"No interest at all," Lopez said, noting Romero didn't include a rematch clause because he was confident he'd win.
"Him asking for a rematch, I don't think people want to see that."

Next Up: Garcia vs. Benn Winner
Instead, Lopez is eyeing the winner of the upcoming Ryan Garcia vs. Conor Benn fight.
"I think people now want to see Teofimo unify with all these other current champions right now," he said.

"You have Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn coming up in a couple of weeks. I'll be there tuning in, and we'll see what happens."
Lopez believes a fight with either Garcia or Benn would be a win-win for fans.
"Whoever wins, it's a win-win," he said.

In the full interview, Lopez also discussed Romero's power, recovering from a big shot in the fifth round, and retirement plans far down the road.
