Tom Sandoval claims his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, kicked him in the groin and insulted his manhood during a heated argument while they were still dating.
The 'Vanderpump Rules' star submitted a new declaration in his ongoing restraining order case against her, alleging the incident occurred in October while he was on tour with his band in Florida.

According to the filing, after a concert, Victoria allegedly kicked him repeatedly in the groin while yelling insults in front of bandmates, crew, and fans.
Sandoval claims Victoria had consumed drugs and alcohol earlier that night, to the point that venue security had to carry her back to the tour bus.
When he returned to check on her, she allegedly attacked him, shouting, 'You have a tiny f****** penis!

F*** you!'
He also alleges that multiple venues expressed concern about her drug use backstage, and that she invited fans backstage and shared drugs with them.
His band manager and musical director reportedly wanted to ban her from the tour due to her behavior.
Sandoval further claims that Victoria caused him distress and anxiety before his 'America's Got Talent' performance in August 2025, leaving him 'frazzled' and 'anxious.'

He says she repeatedly told him he was 'not a real man,' but he stayed because she threatened to ruin his life if he left.
Victoria allegedly threatened to 'get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,' referring to the public attention and career opportunities his ex received after their breakup.
As previously reported, Sandoval was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Victoria and her father at the end of June.

Victoria's own request for a protective order against Sandoval was denied until a future hearing.
