Megyn Kelly and Dave Portnoy are locked in a social media battle over Caitlin Clark's recent comments about transgender athletes in women's sports.
The WNBA star was asked about teammate Sophie Cunningham's controversial remarks on biological men competing against young girls.

Clark gave a non-answer and told the reporter to "kick rocks" when pressed.
Kelly, a conservative media personality, called Clark a "coward" for dodging the question.

Portnoy then jumped in to defend Clark, writing, "Absolute moron/idiot to call Caitlin a coward for this answer.

1st of all, you don't even know how she feels on this issue and more importantly, she doesn't owe it to you or anybody else to be your political talking point."
Kelly fired back, telling Portnoy he wasn't informed and should "sit this one out."

The controversy shows no signs of fading, and it's likely the biggest star in the sport will face more questions about her teammate's comments.
