A judge has granted the Kardashian family a long-term restraining order against a man they claim posed a serious danger.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show Kyle Robert DeWick, a Colorado man, must stay at least 100 yards away from Kris Jenner and her children, including Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Rob.

The order also prohibits DeWick from any contact—physical, digital, phone, or mail—with the family.
The protection order lasts three years, extending a temporary restraining order that was issued in late May.

Alleged Stalking and Threats
In a sworn declaration, Kris Jenner said security personnel first flagged DeWick in 2021 after he allegedly made repeated visits to Kylie's residence.

Kris claimed DeWick believed she had encouraged him to pursue Kylie and even propose to her, which she flatly denied.
She also described DeWick's violent criminal history, including a violent assault, and said he recently contacted real estate agents linked to family properties and toured homes near where family members live.

Kris told the court the situation caused severe emotional distress and left her terrified for her own safety and that of her children.
