Anamaria Goltes, the ex-fiancée of NBA star Luka Doncic, has withdrawn her child support case against him.

Court documents filed Monday in Los Angeles show she requested a judge to dismiss her petition without prejudice.

In the filing, Goltes stated she is withdrawing her petition with the intention of resolving the matter amicably through a mutual agreement, which she believes is in the best interests of their children.

Doncic had previously moved to dismiss the case, arguing that Goltes's petition for child support and attorneys' fees lacked legal grounds because it was filed in California while the children reside in Slovenia.

According to reports, Doncic and his attorney Laura Wasser alleged that he tried to convince Goltes to move to California with their kids, but she declined and has been living in Slovenia with them since May.

The couple ended their engagement due to the long-distance nature of their relationship. They share two daughters: 2-year-old Gabriela and 7-month-old Olivia.

The pair had been together for a decade before their split.
