The phrase refers to the $1 million reward the Guthrie family is offering for the safe return of Nancy, Savannah's 84-year-old mother.

Kidnappers would not collect the reward, but Savannah was speaking broadly to anyone with information.
FBI sources told TMZ they were aware Savannah planned to post another plea. The timing was deliberate: this week marks six months since Nancy's abduction.

'Anniversaries are the time to go back to the public and reignite interest,' an FBI source said.
As for the ransom, the FBI deposited several hundred dollars into the Bitcoin address from the first ransom note months ago to trace the account, but it led nowhere.
No additional money has been sent by the family.

Despite ongoing cooperation between the FBI and the Guthrie family, progress has been minimal. 'We've made no progress here.
We have no idea where Nancy is or who kidnapped her,' one FBI source admitted.
