Lindsey Graham is being remembered in Washington as President Trump and a crowd of world leaders gather to say goodbye to the longtime South Carolina senator.
Trump is expected to deliver remarks during Tuesday's funeral at Washington National Cathedral. Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy are among the dignitaries attending.

TMZ DC's Charlie captured Graham's casket as it arrived at the Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday morning.

Graham died July 11 at age 71 from a tear in his aorta caused by heart disease. He will be laid to rest Wednesday in South Carolina.
