Brenda Fricker, the Oscar-winning actress beloved for her role as the Pigeon Lady in "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York," has died.
She was 81.

Her agent, Phil Belfield, confirmed to TMZ that Fricker passed away peacefully Thursday night in Dublin after a period of ill health.
"We will never see her like again and the world is lesser for the lack of her," Belfield said.

Fricker won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1990 for her portrayal of Daniel Day-Lewis' on-screen mother in "My Left Foot."
To a generation of '80s and '90s kids, she was also unforgettable as the kind-hearted Pigeon Lady in "Home Alone 2" and appeared in "Angels in the Outfield."
