Ahead of the official event, tipster Fixed Focus Digital on Weibo has shared detailed specifications for both the Redmi Note 17 and Redmi Note 17 Pro.

Redmi Note 17 specifications
The standard Redmi Note 17 is expected to run on a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor.
It will feature a 7-inch 1080p Samsung E4 Pro display with brightness ranging from 1200 to 1800 nits.
The device is tipped to pack an 8000mAh battery with 45W wired charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging.
On the camera front, a 50MP main sensor is expected.

Other features include a short-focus optical in-display fingerprint sensor, an IP65 rating, and a plastic frame.
Redmi Note 17 Pro specifications
The Redmi Note 17 Pro is said to come with a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset.
It will sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K flagship-level flat display with peak brightness of up to 3500 nits.

A larger 9000mAh battery with 67W wired charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging is expected.
The Pro variant also includes a 50MP main camera and a short-focus optical fingerprint sensor.
Durability is a key focus, with reported IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. Both models retain a plastic frame.
These leaked specs align with official teasers from Xiaomi, which confirmed the Note 17 Pro's 9000mAh battery, 67W charging, and 3500-nit display.
