Clive Davis is being remembered one last time as family, friends, and music royalty gather for his funeral in New York City.
The event is taking place Monday morning, and TMZ is livestreaming the entire ceremony.

The five-time Grammy winner passed away last Monday at his Manhattan home at the age of 94.
He had been hospitalized weeks earlier with an upper respiratory infection but was discharged on June 4 and was said to be in good spirits.

Expected attendees and performers include Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Barry Manilow, Jennifer Hudson, Dionne Warwick, and Kenny G.
They will pay tribute to the man who discovered or launched the careers of Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Kelly Clarkson, and countless others.

Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000, Davis was also famous for his star-packed annual pre-Grammy gala.
The Grammy Museum's 200-seat Clive Davis Theater stands as a lasting tribute to his impact on the music industry.
