Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M47 5G in India, expanding its midrange lineup.
The device brings a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, and a large battery.

The Galaxy M47 5G features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Peak brightness reaches 1,400 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protects the panel.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the phone runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip, built on a 4nm process.
It comes with 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

A hybrid microSD slot supports expansion up to 2TB.
Software-wise, the device ships with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. Samsung promises six generations of major OS upgrades and six years of security patches.
The phone also includes Google AI tools like Circle to Search and Gemini, plus Samsung Knox Vault security.
Camera System
The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The front houses a 12-megapixel sensor. The phone supports 4K video recording.
Battery and Charging
A 6,000mAh battery powers the Galaxy M47 5G, with support for 45W wired charging. A bypass charging feature is also included.
