Authorities have arrested and charged 23-year-old Cameron Conley with Boating Under the Influence following the disappearance of 19-year-old Marly Kinney on a Kentucky lake.
Kinney was last seen on June 24 at Grayson Lake.

Officials say Conley told marina staff he could not locate the woman who had been on his boat.
Responding state troopers reported Conley showed signs of impairment, including the smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes.

He allegedly admitted to consuming alcohol and agreed to a breath test.
The test reportedly showed a blood alcohol level of 0.137%, well above Kentucky's legal limit of 0.08% for boating.
Conley was taken into custody and charged with operating a watercraft under the influence before being released.

Kinney has not yet been found.
Search and rescue teams continue to focus on the water, with assistance from state police aviation units, drones, boats, K-9 teams, and multiple local agencies.

Kinney's family expressed gratitude for the widespread response and remain hopeful she will be brought home. Authorities ask anyone with information to contact 911.
