The NBA has decided not to discipline Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro for their recent physical altercation in Las Vegas.
According to a league spokesperson, the NBA spoke with both players and the players' union, and everyone agreed to move on from the incident.
No fines or suspensions will be issued.
The brief fight occurred last Friday near a practice court at Resorts World Casino, where the two were staying for Summer League.
The former Miami Heat teammates shared the court for seven seasons before Herro was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this month in a deal that sent Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Heat.
After the trade, leaked screenshots showed Herro criticizing Adebayo's salary and performance, which led to the confrontation. Sources say punches were thrown but no one was seriously injured.
Both players have expressed a desire to move forward, and the NBA has closed the matter without further investigation.
