According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Gunvalson claims Vyneman made false statements about her to a mutual client, Diane Field.
She alleges that Vyneman told Field that Gunvalson had provided suspicious financial advice, leading Field to sue Gunvalson for millions.
Gunvalson denies any wrongdoing, asserting that all her financial decisions regarding Field's money were correct.
The reality star says Vyneman's comments damaged her reputation and caused her to lose future business opportunities.
