Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy A27 5G on the global stage, expanding its mid-range 5G lineup.
The device succeeds the Galaxy A26 5G and was first spotted in the Czech Republic earlier this month.

Display and Performance
The Galaxy A27 5G sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits peak brightness.
The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+.
Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset built on a 4nm process.
It features an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz, paired with an Adreno 710 GPU.
The device offers up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 2TB.

Software and Camera
The Galaxy A27 5G runs Android 16 with Samsung One UI 8.5 out of the box.
Samsung promises six generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades, plus six years of security updates.
It also includes Samsung Knox and Knox Vault for hardware-backed data protection.
On the rear, the phone features a triple camera setup: a 50MP main sensor with OIS and f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture.

The front houses a 12MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Battery and Other Features
The device packs a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Connectivity options include hybrid dual SIM, 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
Additional features include stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and IP64 dust and water resistance.
The phone measures 162.4 x 78.2 x 7.8mm and weighs 200 grams.
Pricing and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy A27 5G is priced starting at $349.99 or €349. It will be available in Black, Blue, Light Green, and Light Pink.
