Country singer Bailey Zimmerman is no longer facing criminal charges after prosecutors dropped the case against him.
The charges stemmed from an incident at a New Mexico hotel where he allegedly caused significant damage.

Zimmerman's attorney confirmed that the singer took immediate responsibility for his actions.
The Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office quickly resolved the matter after Zimmerman paid full restitution to the hotel.

According to the DA's Office, the charges were dropped because Zimmerman compensated the hotel for the damages.
He had been facing a felony charge of criminal damage to property over $1,000 and a misdemeanor charge for falsely obtaining services.

The incident occurred in May at the Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque. Zimmerman reportedly became intoxicated before a scheduled concert, which was later canceled.
He allegedly caused $16,000 in damage to the hotel room and left without paying a $400 alcohol bill.

Zimmerman later apologized publicly, stating he takes full accountability for his actions and is deeply sorry for what happened.
