Fab Morvan, one half of the infamous duo Milli Vanilli, says he never got the chance to reconcile with Clive Davis before the legendary music producer passed away this week at age 94.

Speaking with TMZ in New York City on Tuesday, Morvan reflected on his relationship with Davis, acknowledging that death is a part of life.

While they never resolved their longstanding feud, he indicated there is no lingering animosity.

A Falling Out Over Lip-Syncing

The rift between Morvan and Davis dates back to the early 1990s, when Milli Vanilli's meteoric rise was derailed by a lip-syncing scandal.

Arista Records, led by Davis, dropped the duo.

Morvan has long claimed that Davis and other Arista executives knew about the lip-syncing before the scandal broke.

Davis, however, maintained he was unaware.

Over the years, the two drifted apart and never buried the hatchet. Morvan's recent comments suggest he has made peace with the past, even without a formal reconciliation.
