Fox News personality Tomi Lahren has called on Major League Baseball to end Pride Night events, labeling them as unnecessary amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the San Francisco Giants.

The Giants have been embroiled in a firestorm after several players wrote Bible verses on their Pride Night caps during a June 12 game.

The move angered both sides: the left criticized the players, while the right objected to the mandatory rainbow hats.

On Tuesday, Giants legend-turned-front-office executive Buster Posey faced a tense press conference to address the fallout, which Lahren described as a "dumpster fire."

Lahren used the incident as a rallying cry, stating that players, coaches, and management do not want to be put in such a position.

Meanwhile, pro-Pride protests have taken place outside the Giants' ballpark, with fans more upset about the team's response than the Bible verses.

The Giants' official team store, however, reports that the Pride hat is a "best seller."

Since the fallout, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred and the team have reportedly been shifting blame, leading to Posey being offered as a "sacrificial lamb."

It remains to be seen how MLB will respond to the messy development.
