Honor is reportedly developing a smartphone with a massive 14,000mAh battery, according to tipster Digital Chat Station.

The device has entered the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage, moving from concept toward mass production.

If released, the 14,000mAh cell would be nearly three times the capacity of the iPhone 17 Pro's 4,252mAh battery.

Despite the large battery, the leak suggests the phone will weigh around 220g, which is relatively manageable for such hardware.

Honor has a track record in this niche. The company's Win Turbo model crossed the 10,000mAh threshold earlier this year.

Alongside the Honor leak, the tipster said Huawei is developing a separate smartphone with an ultra-large battery, satellite communication, and a strict power-saving mode.

This indicates the industry is focusing on battery anxiety.

It is not yet known which Honor lineup the 14,000mAh phone will belong to or when it will launch.
