A former FBI agent claims the agency is on the verge of arresting the masked suspect in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case.

Former FBI Special Agent Maureen O'Connell appeared on "The Megyn Kelly Show" and expressed 75% confidence that the suspect will be found.
