The Hero D5 features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466 x 466 resolution, protected by Panda Glass for scratch resistance.

The case is made from zinc alloy and two-color molded plastic.
Three physical buttons on the side facilitate navigation, especially when wearing gloves or in wet conditions.
The watch meets MIL-STD 810H durability standards and carries 5ATM and IP69K water resistance ratings, making it suitable for swimming and high-pressure water exposure.
