Casio has expanded its US watch lineup with the release of the MTP-B185 series, offering four new analog models.
These watches are designed for those who prefer a simple, square-faced timepiece without smart features or charging cables.

Design and Variants
The series includes three silver-tone stainless steel models and one gold-tone version.
The silver models differ only in dial color: dark navy blue (MTPB185D-2A1V), light ice blue (MTPB185D-2A2V), and silver sunburst (MTPB185D-7AV).
The gold variant (MTPB185G-9AV) features a champagne gold dial with a gold ion-plated case and band.
All four watches share the same case dimensions: 40mm long, 32.5mm wide, and 7.3mm thick.

At just 7.3mm, they are relatively thin and can easily slide under a shirt cuff.
Each watch weighs 80 grams, a standard weight for a stainless steel watch of this size.
Features and Durability
The dial offers a standard three-hand time display with a small date window.

Mineral glass covers the watch face, providing typical scratch resistance for this price range, though it is less durable than sapphire crystal.
Water resistance is rated at 50 meters (5 bar), meaning the watches can handle rain, hand washing, and light swimming but are not suitable for diving.
The stainless steel bands come with an adjustable clasp fitting wrist sizes from 150 to 205 mm.
Pricing and Availability
The three silver models are priced at $100 each, while the gold ion-plated version costs $120 due to the surface treatment.
