A previously unseen Vivo smartphone has appeared on Geekbench, hinting at the use of MediaTek's upcoming flagship chipset.
The device, carrying model number V2545A, was also certified by China's 3C authority in April with support for 100W fast charging.

Geekbench listing details suggest the phone is powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC, based on its CPU configuration, GPU metadata, and the MT6693 model number.

It remains unclear whether the handset will be marketed under the Vivo or iQOO brand.
Possible iQOO device
Vivo has already confirmed that the upcoming Vivo X Fold 6 will feature the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

Meanwhile, its sub-brand iQOO is reportedly working on the iQOO Neo 11S, which is expected to be a minor upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered iQOO Neo 11.
Given the 100W charging support, the V2545A appears more likely to be an iQOO-branded device, but official confirmation is still awaited.
