RTX Spark Platform Details

The RTX Spark is an Arm-based system-on-chip combining NVIDIA's Grace CPU and Blackwell GPU.

It features a 20-core CPU and a Blackwell GPU with 48 SM units and 6,144 CUDA cores, supporting up to 128GB of LPDDR5X unified memory.

NVIDIA designed the chip for local AI development, content creation, gaming, and AI inference. The company claims graphics performance comparable to an RTX 5070-class GPU in certain scenarios.

Manufacturer Showcases

ASUS introduced the ProArt GA10, a compact 150 × 150 × 51 mm system with up to 140W cooling, four USB-C ports, HDMI, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
