Oppo has expanded its budget K-series in India with the K14 Lite, a phone built around a 7,000 mAh battery.
The device is available immediately through Oppo's official store in Stone Brown and Feather Purple.
Oppo claims the battery retains more than 80% of its original capacity after 1,800 charge cycles.
That translates to roughly six years of use if charged about every 1.3 days on average.
In company tests, it delivered up to 55.55 hours of voice calls, nearly 30 hours of continuous Google Maps navigation, 26.84 hours of YouTube, and 13.19 hours of gaming in titles like PUBG Mobile.
Charging is rated at 15W, reaching around 21% in 30 minutes and a full charge in roughly 2 hours 50 minutes.
Reverse wired charging is supported for topping up other devices.
Specifications and Software
Powering the K14 Lite is a Unisoc T7250 octa-core chip clocked up to 1.8 GHz, paired with 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
Storage can be expanded up to 2 TB via microSD.
The screen is a 6.75-inch HD+ (720 × 1,570) IPS LCD with a 120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness up to 900 nits.
Oppo has added Splash Touch, Oily-Hand Touch, and Glove Touch, so the display responds even with wet, greasy, or covered fingers.
The phone carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Cameras include a 13 MP rear sensor with autofocus and a 5 MP front shooter, alongside AI tools such as AI Eraser, AI Clear Face, and AI Smart Image Matting 2.0.
It runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, with Google Gemini, Google Lens, and Privacy Safe encryption built in.
Pricing and Availability
There is only one configuration, 4 GB + 64 GB, priced at ₹16,999.
On Flipkart, it is listed for ₹37,999 as of writing, which appears to be an error and is expected to be updated soon.
At this price, the K14 Lite targets buyers who want a phone that lasts a long time on a charge and handles the basics.
