iQOO has confirmed that the Pad Ultra tablet will debut on September 29, sharing the stage with the iQOO 16.

The company is positioning the device as a new kind of e-sports tablet, built to pack serious performance into a thin and light body for mobile gaming.

The Pad Ultra was first shown in proper detail during an earlier iQOO event.

One of its standout features is a built-in cooling fan measuring 30 × 30 × 3.5 mm, with a 1,661 mm² heat-dissipation area.

That fan spins up to 14,500 rpm and pushes as much as 0.94 CFM of airflow, aiming to keep performance steady during long, demanding sessions.

iQOO is also preparing two dedicated accessories: a stretchable game controller and a back grip for more comfortable holding.

Design and expected specifications

Teasers and earlier reports point to an 8.8-inch OLED screen with a centered punch-hole camera and thin bezels all around.

The tablet is said to be only 5.74 mm thick and weigh about 298 g.

On the back, there is a square Deco module that includes an air vent.

Under the hood, the Pad Ultra is expected to run on a 2 nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip, paired with a roughly 9,000 mAh battery.

Color choices so far are Ender Black and Star Silver.

Overall, the teasers point to a compact tablet that prioritizes portability while still packing high-end hardware and active cooling.

The fan and gaming accessories set it apart from regular tablets and make clearer that iQOO is targeting people who want sustained performance for longer play sessions.

The full picture will be available at the September 29 event.
