Xiaomi has opened pre-orders for two new devices: the Xiaomi Watch S5 41mm and the REDMI Buds 8S.
Both are available through official channels in China.
The REDMI Buds 8S are set to go on sale on September 22.
The Watch S5 41mm is expected to launch alongside the Xiaomi 18 Pro series later this month.
Xiaomi Watch S5 41mm: A Smaller, Classic Design
The Watch S5 41mm is a more compact version of the earlier 46mm model. It retains a classic watch look and weighs around 36 grams.
The watch is just under a centimeter thick at 0.99cm. Design highlights include a white ceramic bezel and a diamond-shaped crown with 24 finely cut facets.
It runs Xiaomi’s HyperOS 4 and focuses on everyday health and lifestyle features. These include smarter workout suggestions, calorie intake management, and UV intensity alerts.
Battery life is rated at up to 14 days, so it should last most people several days between charges.
REDMI Buds 8S: Semi-In-Ear Comfort and Connectivity
The REDMI Buds 8S feature a semi-in-ear design meant to stay comfortable for all-day wear. They pack an 11mm dynamic driver.
The earbuds support Xiaomi HyperConnect for tighter pairing with compatible phones and devices.
Together, these two products fill out Xiaomi’s mid-to-premium wearable and audio range.
Full pricing, color options, and the rest of the specs should show up closer to launch.
More details are likely to drop as the Xiaomi 18 Pro event gets nearer.
