Lil Durk's father, Big Durk, said the family is celebrating after a jury found the rapper not guilty on all five charges in his federal murder-for-hire case.

Big Durk spoke with TMZ outside court Friday in downtown Los Angeles minutes after the verdict.

He said he is 'bursting with joy' and that the entire family is on a 'high' following the outcome.

Big Durk added that his son always knew the day he would be found not guilty was coming, and the family plans to celebrate in a big way.

Verdict Follows Three Days of Deliberations

Lil Durk was accused of hiring a hit team to kill rival rapper Quando Rondo in retaliation for the 2020 death of his friend, King Von.

Prosecutors claimed the gunmen fired 18 shots at Quando's black Escalade outside the Beverly Center in 2022, killing Quando's cousin, Saviay'a Robinson, instead.

His defense argued that his former assistant, Kavon Grant, ordered the shooting while trying to impress his boss.

After three days of deliberations, jurors found Lil Durk not guilty of conspiracy, stalking using a dangerous weapon, stalking resulting in death, and two murder-for-hire charges.

Video also showed DeenTheGreat and Adrien Broner outside the courthouse celebrating the legal victory.
