Xiaomi has opened pre-sales for the Mijia Smart Bathroom Heater 2, a ceiling-mounted unit that combines heating, ventilation, and smart lighting.
The device uses a dual-fan, single-duct design with dual DC inverter motors, capable of moving up to 300 cubic meters of air per hour.
This airflow can complete a full air change in as little as 90 seconds, according to the company.
Heating is provided by a PTC graphene element that peaks at 3,000W, which Xiaomi says heats up quickly and conducts heat efficiently.
The heater features an advanced temperature and humidity sensing system that works with the DC inverter motors to adjust heating based on perceived warmth, not just air temperature.
Dual 24GHz millimeter-wave radars detect human presence, automatically turning on lights and activating ventilation when someone enters or leaves.
A built-in VOC sensor triggers automatic ventilation if air quality drops.
For lighting, it includes a 1,600-lumen high-brightness LED with stepless dimming.
Users can control the device via Xiaomi's Smart Connect (Pengpai Zhilian) system, the Mi Home app, Xiao Ai voice commands, or the digital display panel on the unit.
The Mijia Smart Bathroom Heater 2 is currently listed on Xiaomi Youpin and JD. com at 1,117 yuan, approximately €143.
A global launch date has not been announced.
