McKenna West is facing another legal battle, this time with the father of her biological son.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Robert Gross filed a lawsuit against McKenna on September 2 in Alaska.

Robert states he and McKenna were never married but share a son named Cassius West, born in 2021.

He is asking the court to grant him sole decision-making authority for their child.

In his petition, Robert alleges McKenna 'fled to Texas to avoid legal troubles here' and that her recent actions show she is not mentally stable enough to make decisions regarding Cassius.

He claims she took their son to Texas and has not returned, requesting that McKenna only have supervised visits.

This comes as McKenna is already embroiled in a custody dispute with Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed, the biological parents of the baby she recently gave birth to as a surrogate.

The couple had wanted to terminate the pregnancy due to a heart defect, but McKenna refused and later had the baby.

That case is being fought in courts across Alaska, California, and Texas.
