Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Blender 3, an upgraded version of the Mijia Smart Blender P1, featuring a gravity-locking blade system and enhanced noise reduction.
The new blender is set to be available on JD. com starting September 8, priced at 389 yuan (approximately $57).
Its blade assembly can be removed without tools and is secured by a gravity-locking design during use.
The assembly carries an IPX9 rating, allowing direct rinsing under running water.
Quieter and More Efficient Blending
Xiaomi incorporated 13 layers of noise reduction, lowering operating noise to 45 dB(A) and blending noise to 51 dB(A), an 8% reduction from the previous model.
Inside, a 35,000 rpm motor drives a double-layer, eight-blade stainless steel cutter.
The blender also features a 4-rib 3D airflow system and a concave heating plate.
According to Xiaomi, these components can grind soy milk particles down to 100μm, improving smoothness by 21% over the previous model.
The cooking program uses a segmented heating curve that adjusts during the process.
This helps produce soy milk with a visible skin on top, increasing solids content by 10% and protein content by 4%.
Convenience and Safety Features
For faster preparation, an 18-minute quick-milk mode allows adding water above 90°C and starting with a single button press.
The blender also has timed pasteurization, with Xiaomi claiming a 99.99% sterilization rate during the soaking stage.
It supports up to 12 hours of delayed cooking and can keep drinks warm for up to 12 hours at 55°C.
The Mijia Blender 3 offers eight hot and cold drink modes, along with dual hot-and-cold blending.
An LED display shows cooking progress in real time, and users can manually adjust blending fineness.
Cleaning is handled through three modes: manual quick cleaning, high-temperature cleaning, and hot-drying sterilization.
The hot-drying mode claims a 99.99% sterilization rate, and the ceramic non-stick heating plate simplifies cleaning.
The blender has a 1.5-liter total capacity, with a 1,000mL limit for hot drinks and 1,500mL for cold drinks, suitable for two to four people.
Safety features include lid anti-theft protection, lid-opening protection, motor overheat protection, cup-lifting protection, and dry-burn protection.
The cup can be detached from the base for easier lifting and handling.
