Oppo has officially confirmed that the A7 Pro Max will go on sale in China on September 11 at 10:00 AM China time.
The company also unveiled three color options for the device: "Riding the Waves," a light blue; "Every Step Blossoms," a light grayish pink; and "Desert Brown," the darkest and most premium-looking shade.
Key Features and Durability
A major selling point is the 8,000 mAh battery, which Oppo claims can retain at least 80% capacity after roughly seven years of normal use in lab tests.
The phone features a single-cell design with an IP69K rating for high-pressure water and dust resistance.
It also includes a reinforced "diamond architecture" with stronger corners, impact beams, and cushioning around key parts to improve drop protection.
Rumors suggest AI anti-fraud tools, a 6.57-inch 1080p OLED display, and Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
Performance is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chip.
The A7 Pro Max sits above the recently launched A7 Pro, which is 8.57 mm thick and weighs about 224g.
The higher-end model features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED flat display, a 50MP front camera, a 50MP main rear camera with a 2MP auxiliary lens, the same Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chip, a massive 10,000 mAh battery, and 80W wired charging.
The A7 Pro Max continues Oppo's focus on long-lasting batteries and toughness in the more affordable A-series.
With solid battery life, decent protection, and colorful design options, September 11 is the date to watch for Oppo fans.
