A judge has ruled that Justin Baldoni must pay Blake Lively $400K in attorneys' fees, a fraction of the $8 million she sought.
The decision comes after Baldoni's defamation lawsuit against Lively and The New York Times was dismissed in June.
Lively had requested $7,495,526.87 in fees and $539,514.01 in costs, but the judge found the amount overinflated.
The judge awarded $363,245.40 in attorney's fees and $44,206.35 in costs.
This marks the final legal matter between the two, following their settlement before a scheduled trial in May.
No money changed hands in the settlement, but Lively dropped her sexual harassment claims against Baldoni.
In a joint statement, they acknowledged the process and reaffirmed commitment to proper workplaces.
