The GentleAir features redesigned air outlets with micro-hole flaps that distribute airflow more evenly. Instead of a concentrated cold stream, the system creates a softer, diffused airflow pattern.
Three airflow modes are available. Halo Flow circulates air around the room while minimizing direct drafts.
Canopy Flow directs cool air from above for broader coverage. Carpet Flow pushes warm air upward from near the floor during heating.
Four-way swing support is also included.

A Turbo Mode is available for maximum output.
On efficiency, the AI Energy Saving mode can reduce power consumption by up to 24.5%.
The system adjusts operation based on environmental conditions and usage patterns, though actual results vary by room size, temperature, and installation.
