Citizen has introduced a new limited-edition timepiece, the Promaster Tsuno Chrono Racer, which is also marketed as the Promaster Bullhead Racing Chronograph in the UK.

The watch is now available on Citizen's regional websites, priced at $1,350 in the US and £895 in the UK.

Design and Features

The model AV0104-06W features a bullhead case design, with the crown and chronograph pushers positioned at the top rather than the side.

This layout, inspired by vintage racing watches, allows easier operation of stopwatch functions while holding a steering wheel.

The 44.5mm case is made of two-tone stainless steel, and the green dial with gold-tone accents draws inspiration from car dashboards.

The power reserve indicator resembles a fuel gauge, and the 60-minute chronograph subdial is styled like a speedometer.

A brown leather strap with a push-button deployant clasp completes the look.

Movement and Durability

Inside, the watch is powered by Citizen's hand-assembled Caliber E210 movement, which uses Eco-Drive technology to charge via any light source.

The chronograph offers a 1/5-second flyback timer capable of measuring intervals up to 12 hours.

Additional functions include a daily alarm, a date window, and a tachymeter scale.

The watch features a flat sapphire crystal and a water resistance rating of 200 meters (20 Bar), suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

Citizen will produce only 5,000 unnumbered units worldwide, each packaged in a special edition box with a metal plaque.
