Sean "Diddy" Combs is set to be released from prison earlier than expected. His release date has been moved up again to February 5, 2028.
The music mogul is currently held at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey. The Bureau of Prisons updated his release date.
Last month, his release was scheduled for February 20, 2028. Now, he will be freed more than two weeks earlier.
Diddy was found guilty in his 2025 federal trial on two counts of transporting prostitutes across state lines for sex.
Prosecutors accused him of organizing "freak offs" where he watched and filmed his girlfriends having sex with male prostitutes.
He was acquitted on more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. A judge sentenced him to 4 years and 2 months, starting in October 2025.
Prison Brawl and Solitary Confinement
Diddy's time in prison has not been without incident. He was involved in a fight with another inmate and spent a short period in solitary confinement.
His release date has been adjusted multiple times. Initially set for June 2028, it was moved to February 20, and now to February 5, 2028.
