Real estate records show Dawud Burke sold a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Houston, Texas, for $229,000 in early July.

Earlier, in late April, Dawud took out a $138,000 loan on another Houston property, a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.

Dawud currently resides in a larger 4-bedroom home in Hempstead, Texas, valued at around $850,000.
Singer's Legal Troubles
The sale comes after D4vd was declared indigent, leading to the withdrawal of his legal team, including Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski, and Regina Peter.
