In a recent interview on Capitol Hill, the Colorado congresswoman was asked if Kanter is a hero or just seeking attention with his push against transgender women in women's sports.

Boebert squarely sided with Kanter, even joking that his recent confrontation with Chicago Sky guard Natasha Cloud was "quite the cat fight" between "these two women."

She also expressed hope that Kanter actually makes the league, telling reporters, "I'm going to bet on his games."

Boebert then sarcastically referred to Kanter as "that woman" and asked, "What's his dead name? What's his new name?"

Her proposed solution to the controversy is simple: have the WNBA define what a woman is.

Kanter, a former NBA player, declared himself eligible for the 2027 WNBA Draft, claiming he'd dominate the league if he competed as a woman.

He was later escorted out of a Sky-Fever game after exchanging words with Cloud, and Chicago Sky owner Michael Alter subsequently banned him from Wintrust Arena.

Boebert, however, remains firmly on Team Enes and is apparently ready to bet on it.
