Timex has introduced the Expedition Pioneer Automatic in the United States, marking a shift for its outdoor watch series toward mechanical movements and upgraded materials.
The new model features a 41mm stainless steel case with brushed and polished finishes, measuring 14mm thick and 48mm lug-to-lug.

Movement and Build
Inside, the watch is powered by the Miyota 8215 automatic movement, which winds itself with wrist motion.

The case back features an exhibition window made of sapphire crystal, while the front dial is protected by sapphire crystal with anti-glare coating.
The watch offers 200 meters of water resistance, a rotating bezel for elapsed time, a date window at 3 o'clock, and luminous hands and markers.

Pricing and Availability
Two configurations are available: a blue dial with blue bezel on a brown leather strap for $429, and a black dial with black bezel on a stainless steel bracelet for $459.
