Casio appears to be developing a new mid-range G-Shock model, the GDG-B100. An insider leak has provided the first real look at the watch before any official announcement.
The watch has surfaced in three color variants: an all-black version, one with a green strap, and another with a sand-colored strap.

MIP Display for Mudman
The GDG-B100 could be the first Mudman watch to feature a memory-in-pixel (MIP) display.
The word “MUDMAN” is visible on the front, confirming its place in the Mudman family.
Unlike the traditional LCD found on classic Mudman models, the MIP screen offers better readability, improved contrast, and the ability to display more information at once while using less power.

The overall design follows Casio’s larger outdoor-focused watches, with a bulky case, protective structures around the display, and a thick resin strap built for demanding environments.

The watch is likely to include step counting, Bluetooth connectivity, activity logs via a smartphone app, and workout metrics such as distance, pace, and calorie tracking.
Standard G-Shock features like world time, alarms, a stopwatch, a timer, LED illumination, and 200-meter water resistance are also expected.
It remains unclear whether the GDG-B100 will include environmental sensors like a compass or thermometer. There is also no confirmation of Casio’s Tough Solar charging technology.
