Police officers were spotted at the Hickerson family home early Wednesday morning, knocking on the door and walking up the driveway.
Two uniformed officers arrived at the residence, with one knocking on the front door while the other approached from the driveway.

It remains unclear why the officers visited the Hickersons or if anyone let them inside.
The visit comes after Hayden Panettiere was found unresponsive on Sunday by Brian's brother, Zach Hickerson.
Zach entered the residence that Hayden and Brian were sharing and discovered her in cardiac arrest.

First responders attempted life-saving measures but could not resuscitate her.
Brian, who was asleep at the time, woke up after Hayden was found and became emotional when she was pronounced dead.

Neither Brian nor Zach has spoken publicly, though Zach was seen picking up food from a local restaurant earlier this week.
Hayden's cause and manner of death are still undetermined, but a coroner has released her remains to her family.
Dispatch audio mentioned a possible overdose, and Narcan was found in the apartment where Hayden and Brian were staying.
