Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods' wedding drew a host of celebrities, but one notable absence was Knicks legend and team executive Allan Houston.
TMZ Sports caught up with Houston in Times Square on Monday, and he revealed why he couldn't attend the weekend nuptials.

"I have to take my daughter overseas to be dropped off at college, so I wasn't able to go," Houston explained.
Despite missing the celebration, Houston expressed his joy for the couple: "I'm so proud of him. He and Jordyn's journey, they've been through a lot, and they're overcomers."

Houston, who is approaching his 30th wedding anniversary, offered advice to the newlyweds: "Honor the covenant. It's a covenant.
It's not an agreement -- a marriage is a covenant, and it's something you gotta fight for your life for."
The star-studded wedding took place Saturday in Malibu, with guests including Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet, Ben Stiller, Teyana Taylor, and Michael B.

Jordan.
Towns' Knicks teammates Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart were also in attendance.

The couple's honeymoon plans remain unclear, but they have time to relax before Knicks training camp opens in late September, as New York looks to defend its NBA title.
