The phone sports a 6.56-inch HD LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, it uses a 1.6GHz Unisoc SC9863A octa-core processor with IMG8322 GPU.
It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable up to 512GB via microSD. The same chipset was previously used in the Lava Yuva Star.

For photography, there is an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera. A 5000mAh battery with 10W charging powers the device.

The Lava Smart 4 is available in Konark Gold and Ajanta Grey color options. It is priced at Rs.
8,499 and can be purchased through Lava's offline retail outlets and service provider networks.
