Streamer Dalton Eatherly, known as Chud The Builder, is free again after spending two months in a Tennessee jail.
TMZ has confirmed that he posted bond and was released on Monday morning from the Montgomery County Jail.

A judge had set his bond at $1 million.
According to a representative for the Montgomery County Circuit Criminal Court, Chud posted the full $1 million bond, with 10 bail bonds services each covering $100,000.
He reportedly put up 10% of the bond amount.

Chud had been held on an attempted murder charge linked to a May 13 shooting outside the Montgomery County courthouse.
Police allege that he shot a man, but Chud claims he was jumped outside the courthouse and fired in self-defense.
He also says he accidentally shot himself during the chaos, and photos show him being wheeled away on a stretcher.

In addition to the attempted murder case, Chud faces charges in Davidson County.
He was arrested a few days before the shooting for allegedly causing a disturbance inside a Nashville steakhouse and leaving without paying a nearly $400 bill.
Prosecutors charged him with theft of services, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Both cases have been sent to a grand jury for review, according to WSMV.
