With Samsung expected to announce the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra next month, renders of both devices have surfaced online.
The leaked images show only the front design and the new default wallpapers. Those hoping for a major redesign will be disappointed.

Both tablets maintain the same bezel thickness and overall front appearance as last year's Tab S11 series.
Notably, the Tab S12 Ultra still features a notch, contradicting earlier rumors that Samsung would switch to a punch-hole camera.
A recent real-life image of the Tab S12+ had suggested the Ultra might adopt the more modern cutout, but that doesn't appear to be happening this year.

The change may have to wait until next year's model.
What is new is the wallpaper: a blue-purple gradient with a stylized “S” at the center. Both tablets are expected to come in gray and silver.
Under the hood, the Ultra is tipped to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, according to a Geekbench listing.
Samsung is also expected to provide seven years of Android and security updates.

On the display side, the Tab S12+ should stick with a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at 120Hz, while the Tab S12 Ultra retains its 14.6-inch screen.
Battery capacity is rumored to grow slightly: 10,600mAh for the S12+ and 11,600mAh for the Ultra.
Both should include an S Pen in the box.

With a launch expected within the next month or two, we won't have to wait long to see how accurate these renders are.
