Red Magic has introduced a new gaming mouse alongside its 11S Pro launch event in China.

The peripheral stands out for its construction: a full carbon fiber top shell paired with a magnesium-aluminum alloy base.

This combination brings the total weight down to just 49 grams without relying on a plastic chassis or honeycomb design.

Lightweight yet durable build

Lightweight gaming mice often suffer from flimsy build quality or require a perforated shell to reduce weight.

Red Magic aims to avoid those compromises by using carbon fiber and metal.

The company claims the mouse can withstand up to 100kg of pressure, meaning it should not flex, bend, or creak during intense gaming sessions.

The mouse features a symmetrical shape that is ergonomically optimized for right-handed users.

It is designed primarily for people with larger hands and accommodates palm, claw, or fingertip grip styles.

High-performance internals

Inside, the mouse uses a PixArt PAW3950 sensor, offering up to 30,000 DPI, a tracking speed of 750 IPS, and 50G acceleration.

It also includes custom optical switches rated for 100 million clicks and a Nordic 54L15 wireless chip for connectivity.

Users can connect via Bluetooth, a 2.4GHz wireless dongle, or a standard USB cable.

In wired or 2.4GHz modes, the mouse supports an 8KHz polling rate to minimize input delay.

The device is powered by a 306mAh battery.

While total battery life has not been disclosed, the mouse supports fast charging: one minute of charging provides enough power for 10 hours of use.

For customization, the mouse works with Red Magic's TouWan software.

The software has a web-based interface, allowing users to adjust DPI, polling rates, and button layouts directly through a browser without installing a dedicated desktop app.

Pricing and availability

The mouse goes on sale in China this June.

Its standard price is 1,299 yuan (about $190), but it will be available for 999 yuan (around $146) at launch.

Red Magic has not announced international availability yet, but its gaming accessories usually reach other regions a few months after the domestic release.

Alongside the mouse, the company also launched a new magnetic power bank with 45W wired fast charging and 25W wireless charging.

The mouse is designed primarily for users with larger hands and supports palm, claw, or fingertip grip styles.
