Xiaomi has introduced the Bluetooth Speaker C in China, a compact portable speaker designed for outdoor use with modern connectivity features.
Priced at 269 yuan (around $40), it will go on sale on May 31. A global launch under the Xiaomi Sound Play name is expected later today.

The speaker measures 63.4 x 69.5 x 201.1mm and weighs 415g.
It houses an 18W full-range driver with dual passive radiators, covering a frequency response of 75Hz to 20kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of 95dB or higher.
Bluetooth 6.0 support provides lower latency, better stability, and a wireless range of up to 25 meters.

The speaker also supports Auracast, allowing up to 100 compatible devices to sync audio playback and lighting effects simultaneously.
Standard TWS mode is available for pairing two units as left and right channels.

The device has a black finish with orange accents and a soft silicone carrying strap.
An LED ring at the base offers three lighting modes: constant, ripple, and beat sync.
The speaker carries an IP68 rating, meaning it is fully dust-tight and can withstand water submersion.
